At Euphoria Academy, we strive to deliver exceptional learning experiences. We offer a 100% refund on your enrolment fee if you are unsatisfied with the training you receive within the first 2 days of your program start date.

This refund applies only in cases of learner dissatisfaction with the training content or delivery.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Discontinuing the program after the 2-day satisfaction window.
• Enrolling for the wrong program by mistake.
• Scheduling conflicts or personal reasons that prevent program completion.

To request a refund:

Please submit a written request to euphorialanguageacademy@gmail.com within 3 days of your program start date, clearly stating your reason for dissatisfaction.

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Please note: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 business days of approval.

By enrolling in a program at Euphoria Academy, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
